Byadgi 5531 Chilli

Byadgi Chilli are an extremely popular chilli with a flavor that is fruity and earthy. It is the type of chilli that has a heat that lingers in the mouth long after it’s been eaten. This chilli is a popular one to be made into a chilli powder as it is vibrantly red and maintains its color through cooking.
This chilli is known for its essential oil, oleoresin, that is used as a natural dye in the food industry as well as the cosmetics industry.
The Byadgi Chilli may also be called the kaddi chili, dabbi chilli, bedgi chilli, byadagi chili, the stick-like chili, or the byadgi chili.
